More Life Magazine's content is categorized into columns. One article per column is printed per issue. Articles can also be submitted between issues and published as on Online Extra.

- Expert Insights: Actionable expert commentary on survivorship, patient navigation, research and treatment updates.
- Healed in Whole: Tips to achieve whole person care and personal wellness after a diagnosis.
- Inspo to Impact: Profiles on amazing CHAINgemakers in breast cancer advocacy, care, and research. Submit here.
- Family Matters: Support for caregivers and co-survivors.
- Be the CHAINge: Advocacy opportunities to achieve better health for all.
- Inclusive Care: Stories to emphasize the importance of barrier-breaking strategies and highlights on organizations and advocates making it happen.

Submission Guidelines
- Original Content: We only accept original content that has not been previously published elsewhere. Submissions can be blogs, Q & A's, press releases and activities such as journal prompts and more. Submissions should not violate any person or entity’s copyright, trademark, or right of privacy or any other right.
- Centered on Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC): Submissions should center on the experiences of Black, Indigenous and people of color affected by breast cancer. It's important for contributors who do not identify as as BIPOC to not center their submission around their personal experience, but rather their expertise and relevancy to BIPOC communities.
- Plain Language: Submissions must be written in plain language. For help, you can use ChatGPT to simplify your submission without changing the meaning.
- Word Count: Articles should typically range from 500 to 1200 words.
- References: Any factual claims or statistics included in submissions should be properly referenced to reputable sources.
- Visual Content: If relevant, please include high-resolution images or graphics to accompany your submission. Ensure that you have the rights to use and distribute any visual content submitted.
- Submission Process: Please submit your work through the designated form, ensuring that it is properly formatted and includes a brief author bio. Submissions to More Life Magazine do not guarantee publication.
